With over twelve years of project management and consulting experience, Fady Nashat has proven results in process design and improvement, team leadership, and client support. He is passionate about analyzing and finding creative solutions to problems. Fady is an exceptional communicator focused on building strong relationships with co-workers and clients. He has excellent planning and time management skills while maintaining team goals.

Fady has graduated with the Bachelor's of Business Technology majoring in Information Management. His passion for project management started in 2008 when he worked at the Multi-Organ Transplant Program for the largest hospital in Atlantic Canada –Capital District Health Authority (CDHA). 

His career in project management thrived during the years he spent at both NTTDATA and IBM. Fady worked with executive customers to manage process improvement and infrastructure projects. 

Overseeing the planning and implementation of technology projects; ensuring scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables are met; managing projects throughout the full system development life cycle are some of the most important skills that he became proficient at over the course of his career.

Extensive volunteer experience and commitment to community development have significantly contributed to Fady’s leadership and soft skills. It was not too long till Fady was recognized by the Nova Scotia Government in 2012 as a successful story not only to the City of Halifax but also to the Province of Nova Scotia.

Currently, Fady works as a Senior Project Manager leading projects from initiation to closure at Sun Life Financial.
